Dorothy Lyons

One of six siblings, Dorothy went on to have five children of her own, 13 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren. Widowed after 32 years of marriage, she worked as a caregiver both in private homes and for Hospice. Before moving to the Inn at Glenellen in North Lima, she lived in Beaver Township, PA. She has always liked to draw but initially found the GE painting classes a bit of a challenge. After four years, she’s found her groove… landscapes, nature, and birds being her subject matter of choice.
